| To the Prisoners of the PC p-m and the Communist militants! |
| 2009-06-11 | On the 11th of June the class justice's trial against you will finish.
The prosecutor has demanded 200 years imprisonment. "Against you" means against us, against everybody who rejects the ruling system and strugglefor an emancipated society on a communist basis. We of the "Network Freedom For All Political Prisoners" have therefor published letters and statements of yours in our magazine "Prisoners Info" and have organised events and rallies in Germany concerning your trial.
Here we are confronted with two important trials:
- in Berlin the trial against three comrades accused of membership of the "Militant Group"
- As of March last year a trial against five Turkish leftists who are charged with membership of the DHKP-C in Stuttgart-Stammheim.
That was the place where the trial against the members of the Red Army Fraction Andreas Baader, Gudrun Ensslin, Ulrike Meinhof, who did not survive their imprisonment, took place over thirty years ago.
We wish, however, through are short statement not to spread fear of the almightiness of Imperialism, but to end it with a quote from a hunger strike statement of the RAF prisoners in 1981:
“When the militant left understands what Imperialism has had to learn throughout its defeats - that its power ends when its violence doesn't scare people anymore - then the left has figured out the whole secret of its supposed invincibility."
