Ahmet Mandacı and Zehra Özdemir: 3 years, 1 month, 15 days
The Trial against the people’s lawyers at Silivri prison’s courtroom ended short time ago.
The court president Akin Gürlek announced very high verdicts against the jurists.
The lawyers of defense, who were witnesses of this fake court along with hundreds of other lawyers from Turkey and abroad, made a press statement in front of the prison.
It was underlined that from the beginning no fair trial was granted to their defendants, that even in this state the defense hasn’t got a major part of the file…
But as they said, ‚The tragedy of this are not the high verdicts, but the state the jurisdiction in Turkey has reached.!“
And surely no jurist, no democrat, no human being will ever accept such a trial and the decision of such a court!
