Alfredo Cospito hat seinen Hungerstreik gegen das 41bis-Regime und die lebenslange Haft nach 6 Monaten beendet. Am 19.06.23 werden er und andere Angeklagte im sogenannten „Scripta Manent“-Prozess erneut über ihr endgültiges Strafmaß verhandelt. Der Oberste Gerichtshof Italiens hatte die Möglichkeit der Anwendung mildernder Umstände geprüft. Infolgedessen könnten sich die Urteile für alle Angeklagten, insbesondere aber für Alfredo und Anna Beniamino, erneut ändern. Flavio Rossi Albertini ist der langjährige Anwalt von Alfredo Cospito und vielen anderen anarchistischen Kameraden in Italien. Wir werden ihm konkrete Fragen zum aktuellen Stand des Prozesses stellen, aber auch auf die Solidaritätsmobilisierung während des Hungerstreiks zurückblicken. Wir werden mit ihm auch über die mögliche Zukunft von Alfredo und den anderen angeklagten GenossInnen und über die allgemeine repressive Situation in Italien sprechen. Am 19.06.23 werden er und andere Angeklagte im sogenannten „Scripta Manent“-Prozess eine weitere Anhörung über ihre endgültigen Urteile haben. Der Oberste Gerichtshof Italiens hatte die Möglichkeit der Anwendung mildernder Umstände geprüft. Infolgedessen könnten sich die Urteile für alle Angeklagten, insbesondere aber für Alfredo und Anna Beniamino, erneut ändern.
Flavio Rossi Albertini ist der langjährige Anwalt von Alfredo Cospito und vielen anderen anarchistischen Kameraden in Italien.
